Contact Us
Say Hey 👋
Whether you've got a question about our patches, an idea for what we should make next, or you just want to tell us about the best festival set you saw last weekend — we're all ears.
We're a small Sydney-based team, which means when you reach out, you're not talking to a call centre script. You're talking to us.
Get In Touch
Email us at: hello@poweruppatches.com
Find us in: Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia
We read every message that comes through — questions about our patches, feedback on your favourite (or least favourite) variant, collab ideas, or just a friendly hello. We'll always get back to you as a real human, promise.
Before You Send That Email...
A couple of quick things that might save you a wait:
- Wondering what's in our patches or how they're made? Check out our FAQ page — most of the "how does this actually work" questions are answered there.
- Order or shipping question? Pop your order number in your email so we can sort you out faster.
- Wholesale, stockist, or partnership enquiry? Flag it in the subject line and we'll route it straight to the right person.
